Nippon Seiki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NS") will strive to ensure the appropriate protection of personal information provided by our customers as follows.

1. NS acquires personal information appropriately (*1, *2). NS will use the personal information provided by our customers only for the purpose of conveying it (*3). In addition, NS will not disclose the personal information provided to customers to third parties except with the consent of the customer or as otherwise provided by law.
2. To prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information, NS will take appropriate measures to protect the personal information provided by our customers.
3. NS complies with all laws and regulations concerning personal information.
4. NS maintains and continues to improve our rules and regulations for the protection of personal information. Any revisions to this Personal Information Protection Policy will be posted on this page.
5. NS will respond appropriately and in good faith to inquiries about inquiries, corrections, and eliminations of personal information (*4).
6. NS will also strive to protect the personal information of our employees appropriately in accordance with the above 1-5.

1. Requests to customers under 16 years of age

3. Please refer to "1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information" for the purpose of use of NS's personal information. In addition, in the event personal information is acquired directly or in writing, NS will use such information only for the purpose of use specified in such event.

Intended use of personal information

NS will not use the personal information provided by our customers for purposes other than the following:

● Intended use of personal information of purchasers of Défi products, etc.

• For the operation and provision of applications, registrations and other services for our subscribers
• For purchase or shipment of the products you have applied for
• For the management of billing information related to the purchase and use of products and services

• In the event that NS discloses, notifies , or publishes the purpose of use in writing or otherwise individually to customers for business purposes such as contact with the person in charge at the business partner, congratulations, condolences, or greetings at the time of the season, such purpose of use shall be the purpose of use.

Provision to a Third Party

In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 23 of the Law Concerning the Protection of Personal Information, NS may provide personal information to a third party to the extent necessary for the achievement of our business objectives. Please refer to the following for handling methods.

1. Personal information received from customers who purchase vehicles is used to provide it to the vehicle manufacturers of our business partners.
   Personal information provided in accordance with laws and regulations is the name, company, department, address, telephone number, planned vehicle model, dealer, etc. received from the customer.
2. The provision to a third party is performed by sending data from the PC.
3. In the event a customer requests the suspension of the provision of personal information to a third party, the provision of personal information shall be suspended. Please refer to "3. Demand Procedures for Disclosure, etc." below and contact the Customer Personal Information Service for requests to suspend provision.

Procedures for Requesting Disclosure, etc. Based on the Personal Information Protection Law

1. A: Request for disclosure of Personal Information or notification of the Purpose of Use of Personal Information; B: Request for correction, addition, or deletion of Personal Information; or Suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to a third party

Download NS's prescribed invoice Form A   or Form B , print out (*1) and complete the required information, enclose a document (*2) for identification, and send it by mail to the following Customer Personal Information Contact.
For A's bill, NS may request that you attach a postage stamp of 600 yen.

1. If you are unable to print out NS's prescribed billing forms, please send the return envelope to the "3, 2. Customer Personal Information Contact" below, with the envelope attached. Return the predetermined form.
2. A copy of a driver's license (both-sides) or a passport or a health insurance card.

Request for Representation
If you are unable to make a request due to unavoidable circumstances and the representative requests it, please enclose the documents listed in ① or ② below in addition to the above documents.

1. ①Cases where the request is made by a statutory agent (in cases where the request is made on behalf of the principal pursuant to the provisions of laws, such as a person who has parental authority or a guardian)

• Legal Representative Acknowledgment (our prescribed Form C)
• Documents certifying the statutory authority of representation (for example, a copy of the family register, an extract of the family register, a certificate of the family court, a certificate of registered matters, or any other document certifying such qualification)
• Identity confirmation document of the agent (*2 above)

1. ②In the case of a proxy by proxy (in the case of a request by contract on behalf of the principal)

• Proxy (our prescribed Form D)
• Certificate of seal impression of the principal (to prevent false representation)
• Identity confirmation document of the agent (in the case of a statutory agent, *2 above)
